What data we process
When you contact us via the contact form, the "We'll call you back" form, email or phone, we process the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, the type of project and your message.
Why we process the data
We use the data to answer your enquiry, call you back, book a meeting or prepare a quote. The processing is based on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
If your enquiry leads to an assignment, we process the data needed to enter into and perform the contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations, for example under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as necessary to answer and handle your enquiry. If no assignment follows, we then delete it. If an assignment follows, we keep the data required to perform the contract, for as long as the law requires.
Who has access to the data
The forms and the website are operated by our web provider Netlify, Inc. in the USA, which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor. The transfer to the USA is based on the safeguards set out in Netlify's data processing agreement, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
When you visit the website, the web server records technical data, such as your IP address, in order to display the pages and protect them against misuse.
We never sell your data and do not disclose it to anyone else unless we are required to do so by law.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking or marketing. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website, not from third parties. The "Show on map" link opens Google Maps, where Google's terms apply.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have incorrect data corrected. You can also request that we erase your data or restrict its processing, object to the processing and receive the data in a machine-readable format. Contact us at info@grandestate.se.
If you are dissatisfied with how we process your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
